Digital downloads and immediately accessible content
Because digital files, recordings, classes, videos, or other paid content may be delivered immediately, sales may become non-refundable after access, streaming, or download begins, except where required by law or where the item is defective or materially different from its description.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly about duplicate charges or purchases you did not authorize. The payment provider may require verification.
Classes, services, and bookings
Cancellation and rescheduling terms should be listed on the applicable product or booking page. Missed sessions and late cancellations may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions and memberships
Cancellation stops future renewal unless otherwise stated. Access already provided for the current billing period may remain active and may not be prorated, subject to applicable law and the product description.
Physical products
Return windows, condition requirements, shipping responsibility, custom-item exclusions, and damaged-item procedures should be listed on the product page or added to this policy by the site owner.
How to request help
Contact admin@dejamonay.arenacity.online with the order number, purchase email, item name, date, and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or identity documents.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside the site owner’s control.
