What is CW Creator Studio?
CW Creator Studio is the creative software used on this website. It may include an Image Editor, Coloring Book, creator profiles, approved homepage creations, comments, reactions, media areas, and optional store features.
Do I need an account?
Some public features may be available without an account. Saving work to a profile, commenting, joining private areas, purchasing content, or accessing member features may require registration or login.
Can I edit an image or open it in the Coloring Book?
When enabled, creation links may open in the Image Editor, Coloring Book, or an attachment page with comments. The site owner chooses the default behavior.
Where is my work saved?
Projects may be saved in your browser, your member profile, or the website media library depending on the feature used. Browser-only projects can be lost if browser data is cleared or a different device is used.
Why does an animated GIF look different after editing?
GIF files use a limited color palette. Heavy gradients, glow, transparency, and stacked opacity can show banding or color reduction. High Quality GIF is intended for better visual quality, while WebM generally preserves blended animation more accurately.
Can I comment or react to creations?
Public attachment pages may include reactions, comments, and replies up to two levels deep. Comments may be moderated.
Can children use the website?
Child-focused features may require a parent or guardian to create, approve, or supervise the account. The site owner controls age settings, private areas, moderation, and public display permissions.
How are payments handled?
When the website sells content, checkout is handled through WooCommerce and the payment provider selected by the site owner. Sensitive payment, banking, tax, identity, and Social Security information should be entered only into the provider’s official secure screens.
How do I request help?
Contact admin@dejamonay.arenacity.online and include the page you were using, your device/browser, and a description of what happened. Do not email passwords, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or identity documents.
